I didn't realise this was a thing but there's quite a few good eBooks which are available for free with prime. It says you "borrow" them, so I guess if you no longer have prime it won't allow you to read them any more.

E.g.:

• Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
• Magician
• Krondor the betrayal
• initial D

No idea if there's a limit on how many you can "borrow"

    They are free in Prime, but if your "Library" is full,(ie you have already borrowed a certain number of e-books), you just return some other book and read one the e-books above.

      It seems the limit is 10 e-books at a time.
      You just keep returning what you have read.

      Yeah the limit is 10 - I only found out a few months ago because I 'borrowed' a bunch of books without realising it (I thought they were free) until I got to the 10-book limit…

    Yes, that is the linked page.

    I didn't know about this so I assumed others may not have either.

    I couldn't find any deals specifically talking about it.

    I agree in theory but in general I've found the selection to be pretty lacklustre, especially for scifi / fantasy which is what I mostly read. The physical libraries are decent though.

    Yeah this is good, enjoyed the Les Norton ebooks immensely.
