- Dailuaine is Gaelic for "The Green Vale". This distillery established in 1852 lies in a hollow by the Carron Burn in Banffshire. This single malt scotch whisky has a full bodied fruity nose and a smoky finish. For more than a hundred years distillery suppliers were despatched by rail. The steam locomotive 'Dailuaine No.1' was in use from 1939-1967 and is preserved on the Strathspey Railway. This single malt was released as part of the "Flora and Fauna" series, a collection of single malts from the more obscure and unknown distilleries in Scotland.
- A complicated single malt whisky, full and sweet, yet also citric-fresh, that can impress mightily. An unusual combination of freshness and richness, this 16-year-old single malt whisky has a sherried style with a sweetness and a nuttiness that you can sit and savour.
- Full-bodied with a smooth, smoky finish
- Rich and malty with subtle fruit and spice notes
- Crafted in Speyside for whisky enthusiasts
- Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water
- 43% ABV

I didn't think it was too bad for 65 either.
Same here but didn't want to pay more than last time, so bought one at $65 again now. Thanks OP.
Yeah if you look at 3 camels it shows it at $140 for a single day before being consistently at $70 the rest of the time.
Either way its a solid choice over others at that price imo.
It's pretty average, not great but not terrible either. $65 seems to be about what it's worth. I wouldn't buy it again.
still have 1/4 left from previous special … they are ok to drink with rocks to dilute a bit
It's fine for the price
I just received my combined package of this and an order of the peanut butter whiskey….. I actually received some childrens books and a bag! Looks like a dodgy seller/packer maybe? Organising a refund..
I bought this last time it was this price, and enjoyed it a lot. Although from the comments last time, that might not be the majority opinion.
Interestingly, at the time it said it was reduced from around $130 or $140 or thereabouts. Now it says the original price was $70 🤔
Either way, I was happy with it for $65
