Accor Plus Discovery - where to find Discovery Offers?

Hi everyone,

I just joined Accor Plus Discovery and was excited to explore the travel and hotel deals.

According to https://accorplusdiscovery.com/, it says I should:

  1. Log into Accor Plus
  2. Click on Offers in the top menu
  3. Then click Discovery Offers

However, after logging in, I couldn't find any "Discovery Offers" link under the Offers tab. I've checked multiple times and even tried different browsers.

Here’s what I see:

Am I missing something? Has anyone been able to find and use these Discovery Offers?

    Mine has expired so I can't confirm - but if you hover over 'Membership' on the Accor Plus page (your 2nd screenshot), I believe one of the sub-menus there takes you through to the Discovery Offers.
    You have to click the link through the Accor Plus portal there to get to it, very irritating.

    More importantly - most of the offers are pretty rubbish unless you're cruising. And then it's still not that easy to determine what you'll save. The best deals are the Buy one get one half off certificates, and you'll have to call to get the pricing on those. That said, the savings can be significant (I saved about $2k on a 14night Princess cruise)

      Just to follow up on my issue:

      I checked the Membership tab as suggested, but unfortunately there is no "Discovery Offers" or anything related under that menu.

      I called Accor Plus support, and they told me that the Discovery Offers are actually accessed via a separate website: https://discover365.com.au. They even helped me log in successfully once, and I was able to access the deals.

      However, after I changed my password, I can no longer log in. When I try to reset the password, the reset page just keeps loading forever, or gives me this error:

      Has anyone else been able to log in consistently or run into this issue?

      Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

        I'm guessing they've stuffed up somewhere.
        I never went through that discover365 URL, so that may be a new thing.
        Sorry I can't be of more help.
