Bought the Medion 39" tv on the recent Aldi promotion but when running the auto-tuning, the tv can only find 1 digital channel and 3 analogue channels. Is there another way to find and add all the other channels I might be missing out into the tv?

Thanks! Your comments about joints on the antenna was right on the money! I had a splitter on the original cable where 1 end was going out to satellite, so I've removed that entire cable and connected the wiring straight to the wall and it instantly improved from 1 channel to detecting 5 now. I still can't get any ABC channels but at least there are 5 channels to choose from now.

More likely your external antenna is faulty. Your tv will not pick up digital tv signal if there is a small fault on your antenna you can drive checking all the connection again. If there is a joint on your antenna cable for that can cause this problem as well. Make sure all the collectors are not lose.
