A few years ago I have pickup a free Amaysim starter pack somewhere around Chinatown, Sydney, possibly Market City, which normally sells for $2 but it's place on a tourist info stand for free along with many other Sim starter pack. Does anyone know where you can pickup one these days? Thanks

I've got about 5 so you can have one for free if you want to pay for postage or pick up in Manly / Brookvale area.
Otherwise it's pretty good value to buy the $30 starter pack on special at WW for $10 if you're planning on using the PAYG plan.
Not directly answer your question, but depending on what you're trying to do, an alternative is paying for an eSIM plan (or replace with eSIM) if your phone allows it.
