Hi, Anyone with robtec hosting and has issues with their hosting. My ecommerce site is down since yesterday afternoon. They said they have issues with their database service and is working on it. But it's about 18 hours now and it still hasn't come up. The issue is, when trying to access the site it redirects straight to wordpress install page. No way to put up a maintenance page. Have lost quite a bit of sales and many customers approaching about the issue. Couldn't login to wp admin as well, so couldn't look into the existing orders etc. I'm not sure if I migrate to a different provider, the site will be back. Losing hope with them as not recebing any updates.
Is there any steps to get the site back if I kigrate to another provider?
Any ideas and help will be much appreciated.
Their website claims "99.9% uptime", "Money Back Guarantee" and "Superior Customer Support" - so I would be asking about all their claims ;)
Do you enquiries via facebook, it seems the only place they care about responses :/
