hi guys i just found some points missing, and after checking it was refund of 2 reward flight yhat were cancelled. in acitivity it said refunded, but points never grow in my account, have proof of points balance before that
talked with 2 indian lady on the phone, but they can only repeat it is refuned and nothing wrong, what's my best bet? fair trading?

How many points? Try emailing a complaint, fair trading will be a waste of your time.
35k points, i did after the phone call, but got no any confirmation email after the complaint?
Try email, fair trading won’t assist as points are considered complimentary (a gesture of goodwill) that’s at least what I was told when I dealt with Telstra points not appearing.

one refund in Feb, one refund start showing yesterdayin activity for the flight may 18th
