GitS: Stand Alone Complex is one of the best anime ever made. Highly recommend checking it out for those newer to the hobby, or have a passing interest in Cyberpunk/transhumanism.
I have nostalgia of sbs airing these after midnight in the 2000s. These episodes were years ahead of their time and packed so densely with philosophy and themes, far better than anything of the genre recently.

Yes I experienced most of the episodes (for the firs time) via SBS in the late 90's when I was a kid. Once I grew up and watched the full seasons properly = proper experience.Could we add Samurai Champloo to that (great!) list?
