Why Is This Happening 90% of The Time Recently but Very Limited Initially?

So in the last couple of weeks if I try to login to OzBargain I am faced with the below message…

An email has been sent to **********@***.com. Please enter the 6 digit code or click the link in the email within 30 minutes.

One-time password:

Why do I now get this so often, yes, I login to my email to get the code but it's getting really annoying.
