I have owned an apartment in Brisbane CBD for over a year now and I need to get the ducted AC serviced.
Can anyone recommended a company that will do a decent job at a fair price?

Its starting to make funny noises and i used to live in Darwin, so getting your AC serviced annually is a must to ensure longevity.
I was renting a unit in Brisbane where the ducted AC needed repair. The realestate agent sent this person. He resolved the issue, was respectful of my personal space and did a great job.

How did you come to the conclusion that the AC needs servicing?
Typically they are set and forget, and just clean the air filter every few months.
