Thanks for earlier advice.
I've now seen a commercial single dose DF64 Gen 2 grinder model on Alibaba from Ningbo City Qika Electric Appliance Co for $462.17 + $62.17 Shipping (30-35 days). Faster shipping also available for bit more.
Wondering how risky is it to order directly from these factory outlets, which seem a lot less than the higher prices at DF64 Coffee or elsewhere.

  Looking at the deal history I'd say it's not that great unless you need two.
  DF64 say that they have a "Price Beat Guarantee (Email us) " so I'd try that first.
  Personally I went with an Ode Gen 2, but I don't espresso.
