  • I have a low-end 4k Samsung monitor from 2020 (UJ590), and it's been great. I think brightness is the same. Very saturated colours. For that price, it's really good.
Only weird thing to be mindful of: only HDMI port 2 does 60Hz at 4k. Port 1 does 30 Hz only. Not sure if this model has that too.

    • I used a HDMI switch for a little while with my 590 (switching between home and work PCs) but ended up getting a USB-C to Displayport cable from Amazon which means I have 2 x 4k@60Hz.

I really hate the switching between the input ports on the 590 though - I would like to explicitly select the port rather than it "hunt" for a signal

  • All time low was around $281.37 on ebay with free shipping with eBay Plus perk.

it's alright. VA 60hz is a slight letdown but the biggest issue will be that non-height adjustable stand (only tilt up/down). I upgraded my 34" Samsung Odyssey G5 with a North Bayou because the panel sits way too low to the desk.

    • Very few monitors can go as high as what is ergonomically required. Mine is on a monitor arm too.

  • I tried a 32” VA panel before and had to return it - the colour shifts were too noticeable. I also found it wasn’t as sharp as I liked.

Moved to a 27” 4K IPS (x 2 screens, one portrait) and much nicer for me personally for office work.

  • Will this look decent vertical next to my 42 c4? if not whats a decent monitor

  • I bought it in Dec last year. It was $280 from Sotec or Mwave. Not a good monitor

  • For around the $300-400 4K monitor range I would rather the Lenovo N27P, Dell S2725QS, S2725QC or S3225QS

  • Does this monitor have the 'blurred effect' on the right and left sides as many slim bezel displays do:
