Fridge Purchase- Offers/Deals to OzBargain It?

Hi folks,

I am about to buy a fridge on behalf of family (LG GB-455UPLE, as recommended on here).

I'm not fussed who I buy from, but I'd like to get some benefit/deal with it (eg save money/points/afterpay).

Price isn't super important, but I'll try best to get them to match- Bing Lee, Harvey Norman, Appliances Online etc.

PS: I wonder if there's a better forum/place to ask this- I often find myself wondering how best to "spend" on bigger purchases (eg cashback offers, pre-purchase gift cards etc).

Best I currently see is Afterpay it, then get $50…

Any suggestions?

    EDIT: Looks like both just bring the final price down. I'll still do it, was keen for indirect discounts I could get as a perk :)

    Confused there- at the top is says 9.5% discount at LG, then says $50 voucher bit below.

    Which is it - or is it both?

  If you ask about car, they are only able to recommend here toyoto cemry/carol nothing else.
  Buy German once for life e.g. Bosch, if you cannot afford one, buy another German!

  you've just missed the best deals this week, JB was offering 10% off the other day, yesterday TGG did 15% off, i stacked both deals with 4.5% off giftcards with Bupa… bought a dishwasher and fridge, saved 590 bucks, bloody happy with that

  Literally just go into the store and offer them less money, you can save heaps on bigger purchases. Last fridge I got, from memory I got hundreds off the price and delivery included.
