        I recently bought a couple of pieces of jewelry including a ring with 1.1ct pear in the middle. Yes the smaller diamonds are pretty cheap but it's the bigger one that costs.

        Gold prices have obviously sky rocketed in the last few months which are making the rings more expensive.

        Depending on the shape , an excellent cut with brilliant and no colouring should close you anywhere between 700-1100 AUD. The range might seem a big large but it's based on shape and other aspects.

      Depends on what you are looking at. Moissanite is not a diamond and actual good quality lab diamond isn't $50 a carat.
