Need Help - Alldocube iPlay Mini 50 Tablet, Forgot PIN Code

Hi all,

I bought one of the Mini 50 tablets for my daughter, but she forgot the PIN.
I tried searching on Google and found a method for a hard reset:

Still no luck.
I've attempted this over 40 times, but I can't seem to access recovery mode.

Do you guys know if there's another solution?

Hold the volume up (+) and power button for 6 seconds

Power off the device, then press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the Alldocube logo appears, entering recovery mode.

How long ago did you buy it? Chances are youll get a touch input issue. Ill link my post here for you just incase
