I couldnt price match the last deal mentioned with JB as it was a third party, this one is direct from Amazon and I successfully price matched.

Note this will not work for game storage with the Nintendo switch 2.

  • Good for dslr cameras?

    • If camera takes SD card, this comes with a SD adapter.
I cannot vouch for speed with the microSD in the SD adapter.

      • At UHS-I V30 speeds, microSD adapters from the likes of Samsung/Sandisk aren't bottlenecking the speed.

    • +1

You wouldn't have any problems with it in a full frame camera but since this is just a UHS-I V30 card there is no benefit vs the cheaper Samsung EVO plus in even any modern Sony or Canon full frame camera https://www.amazon.com.au/SAMSUNG-microSDXC-Expanded-MB-MC12…

Video would just depend on the V rating and both cards are V30. I've tested the 256GB version of this card vs multiple Samsung EVO plus/select cards and there is no difference for photos (clearing the buffer) in the Sony A7IV or Canon R6ii.

    • Real-world-speed using YOUR-device will much-SLOWER & similar to Samsung, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16461406/redir
      Write-speed ~ 16MB/s
      Read-speed ~ 30MB/s

Sandisk & Samsung: need SPECIAL-READER to get near their 'up-to' speed…micro-SD likely to run MUCH-hotter & hence REDUCE-life. Want to risk losing photos &/or clips? Lower your expectations 😇

      YOUR-device should specify the min. spec. of micro-SD needed: A2, Class 10, U3, V30 etc. https://www.kingston.com/en/blog/personal-storage/memory-car…

If it takes microSD yes this is very fast.

  • Can this be used for TP Tapo C212 ?

    • Don't see why not.

    • I wouldn't use this for constant video recording in a security camera. Best to use one of those endurance cards.

  • Yes it can.

  • any recommend for switch 2?

    • You need MicroSD Express / MicroSD EX for the Switch 2.

  • JB has the 256GB cards for $79, the larger sizes are in short supply it seems.

  • I don't think I'll ever not be paranoid about getting a fake.

  • Isn't this a duplicate?

    • No, that is not a "PRO ' card.

  • Just got JB to pricematch the 256gb online. $40 is almost ATL according to the camels.

    • Well done!

It was actually a very pleasant experience. Their CSR's are quite friendly.

        • Yes they are great, gold standard csr.
