If you can go up to $180, the Deanston 18 is fantastic and just classic Scotch, so an easy choice.
If they like smoky whisky, the Cu Bocan 15 at $140 is excellent.
Or you could go really boutique and unique with the Thompson Brothers Strathclyde 29yo. It’s completely unknown to all but uber whisky geeks, but a really old scotch can still do the trick.
A $100 note and a $50 note should do it.

They have some fantastic prices on some really good whisky, yes some prices aren't as sharp on 'some whiskies', but others are great prices, I buy most of my items through the whisky list as a member and a couple of auctions
