          I didn’t receive mine exactly at 4pm. It came through when I browsed on the ShopBack app for a while, clicked around the Birthday Bash etc. The notification came shortly after I had closed the app

    If you disabled notification, I think you are screwed

    you will not be able to find this offer again after you click. But if you go ahead and purchase anything , it will mark as complete with extra $5

          It did that too for me at first, but showed up about thirty seconds later after I closed the app.
          It has tracked for me now, no idea if I'll actually get the $5 in 5 days time
