In Mexico they make a delicious drink called Horchata, and it pairs perfectly with coffee. Rumour has it it tastes even better when made with a new espresso machine…and we're giving one away!

but first…THE RECIPE
1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed
1/2 cup raw almonds (optional)
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups hot water
1.5 cups Riverina Fresh Full Cream milk
1/2 can (200g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Soak the rice, almonds, and cinnamon in the hot water for 4 hours. Blend until smooth, and strain through a cheesecloth. Top it up with milk, vanilla, and condensed milk, stirring to combine. Next, add your double espresso, the finish with your favourite cold foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
