      because there's nothing much new… more like they extended the story and added a spear weapon

      I just finished it.

      Not short at all. In fact, I'd go to say it almost feels like two games in one as there is a lot of stuff to do, even after the story concludes. Plus there is free DLC of even more content.

      It's not a massive change of the gameplay (which I don't mind, as I loved the gameplay in in GOW 2018), so you could criticise it for that, but the sheer scope of all the locations, great story, lots of new quest and enemy types more than makes up for it.

    Completely disagree, it's a sequel. Lots of similarities, but it's a much bigger game, significantly improved graphically, I enjoyed the combat and puzzles a lot more, plus heaps of new content (weapons, playable characters etc.).
