Not a different offer as such, just that some items only ships to particular states (usually NSW). If you search for something, then change your postcode to 2000, you will likely see more items listed.
Eg Chips, 419 results for postcode 5000 or 6000, 423 results for 2000. Or change postcode to 2700 and get 329 results, to see how many prime items don't ship to rural.
