I have two ROMOSS power banks and the amazing thing about both is when you connect the iPhone using USB C to USB C cable, the iPhone starts charging the power bank :/

Powerbanks with digital displays might need calibration once in a while.
How can we know if we have a defective device? Is there somewhere you can enter the serial number etc?
