Long story short, if you want a ultra reliable cable to match your high end gear and will handle HDMI 2.1 signals without any drops, there is a 28% off coupon on the Phoossno (yes, Phoossno) Gen 2 cables sold on Amazon by "DongMin Future" that are substantially better than the other HDMI 2.1 cables on the market.
It is a deal because the "best" HDMI cable is from Ruipro according to AVforums users, and that one is distributed in Australia by EzyHD, 10 metres for $181 including shipping: https://ezyhd.com.au/product/ruipro-8k-hdmi-cable/
So there is a bit of a rabbit hole regarding HDMI 2.1 that can properly handle a good length and be reliable doing 4K@120hz or 144hz (let's just say 48gbps). I'm trying to connect my new 77" LG G5 to my Radeon 9070 in my PC.
Passive/copper cables theoretically are sold in 5m or longer lengths but I've just got a new high end TV and my 5m cable is blacking out repeatedly.
So at longer lengths you can switch from copper to uni-directional active optical fibre cables. There are about $60 on amazon for these "gen 1" cables. But many users complain they still have issues.
There is no HDMI.org certification called "Gen 2" — it’s entirely manufacturer-defined. Brands like Phoossno Gen 2, Ruipro Gen 2, and Cable Matters sometimes use this term to indicate a newer or improved revision.
Don't just believe me, I would not even believe "Foossno" is the name for a quality brand, but I had not heard of Ruipro before today either.

This cable even has a QR code that links to HDMI.org.
