Collect 15x points offer
1 Offer available only at Officeworks from Tue 10 Jun to Mon 30 Jun 2025 (Offer Period). To qualify for this offer you must be a Flybuys member, activate the offer, shop at Officeworks during the Offer Period, and present your Flybuys in-store or enter your Flybuys number on the Officeworks website at the time of purchase. Standard points of 1 point per $1 spent will be allocated to your account within 48 hours. Bonus points will be allocated within 4 weeks of offer end date. 15x points is equal to 1 standard point plus 14 bonus points per $1 spent. You have been specifically selected for this offer and it is not transferable. Flybuys points are not available for Officeworks Account Holders with an Australian Business Number (ABN) and any transactions associated with an ABN, including 30 Day Account Business Account holders and account managed businesses. Images used are for illustrative purposes only.

    Try to buy in store to ensure you get the bonus points. Or if you buy online, do Click & Collect and not delivery. Because as per Flybuys, bonus points are not eligible for online purchases with delivery. Below is the reply I received from them when I followed up for missing bonus points from OW previous 10x points offer:

    Hi XXX,
    Thanks for getting in touch.
    We're sorry to hear about your missing points.

    Our support team has advised that as per the Terms and Conditions, the Onepass x Flybuys points offer is only available when making purchases in-store at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks.
    We have noticed that the transaction was made via Officeworks Online and opted for a delivery which is not eligible for Onepass bonus points.
    If you have any further queries, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.

      That’s for the normal one pass 5x points per purchase.
      This is a special offer in the flybuys app and it doesn’t say you can’t use delivery.

        I just shared the response what I received from Flybuys team for my missing bonus points for an offer that also didn’t say that delivery is not included. So just be mindful that Flybuys can reject the bonus points. I am Never going to trust any of their offers now.

    I’ve also only got OW 10x points offer on two accounts, one with OnePass.

    Would anyone have an idea if this bonus points offer would apply to multiple OW transactions? I’m looking to use a stack of giftcards and it would probably be easier not to do it all in one shop.
    Yes, Flybuys support should answer this, i’ve sent them an enquiry but I might only get a response mid next week and they will likely just end the conversation because I gave them an incorrect DOB on the account.

      To close this off; updated terms were sent in the Flybuys Officeworks offer mail out on 23 June, adding the clause "If offer criteria is met, members can redeem this offer as many times as they wish during the Offer Period."

      Last day tomorrow to try this price beat on an iPad, also these giftcards available currently.

      OnePass bonus is actually 4x on top of the standard 1x points, similar to how this 15x offer is actually 14x bonus points + 1x standard.

      I activated the 10x offer, made an Officeworks transaction and have already received the 1x standard and 4x OnePass points.

        Right, so in your situation you should be expecting 9x points within 4 weeks from offer end date which is today.
