What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).

What else is essential

  • TEMU sale amount and cashback may report a lower amount than expected due to international conversion rates, fees, taxes and other factors determined by TEMU. Please note TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

    • Did you make a new account for TopCashback?

    • Last time I used the 100% for new members it tooks days to track, and it was only $8.something, I was expecting $50. I lodged a case with Shopback and that took nearly a week for them to credit the additional ~$42. But it cleared soon after and I was able to withdraw. It can be a longish (anxious) wait :)

    Temu orders may take up to 7 days to track. As you may be aware, Temu tracking seems to be unreliable with all cashback sites.

    • If still untracked after 7 days, please submit a missing cashback claim in this link. You will need to submit a claim for each item separately if you have a combined order of several items.

    TopCashback does not add the tracking manually unlike Cashrewards and ShopBack. You won't see any tracking.

    You get an automated email when you lodge the claim that says to wait several months. There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

  • My order just got canceled by the seller. TCB might have tracked the first order but will be declined as order got cancelled. Does anyone know if I'm still eligible for this new customer offer? So that I can make another purchase on Temu.

  • Damn, had 2 items in cart before clicking through and adding a few more. Will see how it goes I guess, since ShopBack went okay last time.
