It's a great 'gateway' game. Easy to learn, but you can start adding more strategic play as you get the hang of it
There is no greater joy in life to form an alliance with another player and then backstab them.
Not complex at all (from a rules perspective), but still have lots of strategy and re-playability. Once you get the hang of the base game more depth can be added with expansions too.
Also for the more “digital” folks, the original game + expansion bundle is ~ $19 on steam.
And yes playing with real human being with an actual board is a much better experience.
Really good game. At $28 and a small box, would recommend to basically everyone.
