not as highly rated as previous models but good quality and also a good choice as they have a nylon plate which makes them more forgiving for those not used to carbon plated shoes

  I would not think that using a plated shoe is good for daily training, unless you want injuries in the long term. Even Saucony markets it as a speed training shoe.

  it is a plated shoe, nylon plated as per the description and don't always believe what manufacturer say about what these are for, they market these as daily trainer because they sell the pro with the carbon plate
