So I got on the ps5 bandwagon finally. Before I sign up for a PlayStation account I wanted to check if there were any deals or things I should do to maximise benefits or whatever? Maybe there are none and it’s more for the first time I signup to a ps+ subscription? Any suggestions, tips appreciated. Thanks :)

You just missed the Days of Play sale that ended on the 12th.
There might be another Summer Sale mid-to-end July, else it's going to be Black Friday.
PS+ Extra for $20 a month gets you hundreds of included games to play.
There was a special a few days ago - not sure if its finished. You can probably see it from the PS+ signup screen on the PS5 if it still is active.
