This product is rather limited in terms of the options it gives you for how you to froth the milk. Since you're limited to very dense foam and no low foam option. In addition, it tends to overflow while operating with the recommended amount of milk which doesn't help when the lid doesn't properly seal.
You need to experiment with different volumes of milk to suit your cup size. Works very well. However I hope they've improved them as after a while, they would get a burnt milk mark in one particular spot on the inside. I got one replaced under warranty for that but have since used 2-3 others and they all did it.
I've used the kmart milk frother with no complaints and at $32, cant really ask for more.
