It was $699 on Amazon not long ago and $100 less with Amazon business offer. I wanted it too, but still felt too expensive and went with Dreame H12 for $280 instead.

Anyone have experience with how this compares with the Roborock f25 ace?
I’ve seen and read reviews but still can’t decide which one to buy. They are not cheap!
I was comparing the 2 and I can't recall why but the f25 won in all reviews I watched. Had mine about a month now and it's really good, zero complaints.

Costco had it at this price the other week, tempted and the reviews seem good but have never heard of the brand before the deal so a bit weary.
I had Narwal S20 pro but was returned to manufacturer due to a leakage in the tank, there was a little crack, cosmetic damage. It was good unit but the powered wheels are not intelligent, if you are tyring to move slow on your own pace, wheels keeps running at full thrust and you need to use your energy to hold it back. After using a month or so, you will realise that you are having a pressure built up in arm while using Narwal S20 pro.
Now I have F25 Ace. Powered wheels have intelligent AI, they don't keep pushing or pulling your arm. A lot better than S20 pro.
Suction power is more in F25 ace compared to Narwal.
Clean water compartment on S20 is better and easy to use.
When you tilt the S20 to 90degree position, it turn off the motor, which is a good feature. Roborock keeps running even if you bring the arm to the 90 degree standby position. You need to press the power off button to turn off the motor.
Roller Drying function on Roborock is louder.
