nbn Address Superloop/Exetel

Trying to sign up with topcashback, punch in the unit number, and it shows unit 14 then it jumps to 18,19. It won't find my unit and reads I need to call them about my address.
If I do that, I'll miss out on the reward.
Anyone found a way around this?

    Try different ways. Either with:
    - "unit 14 XX address"
    - "14/XX address"
    - "14-XX address"

Sometimes the way they label stuff is NQR

    • Yeah, no I tried Tangerine, and it came straight up with the complex name as well, so I cut and paste and tried that too.
Out of 22 units, both Exetel and SL can only find 6, and the next street number up from mine is the same with their numbers.
I wouldn't want to have shares in the company because they're missing out on a lot of opportunity

Does nbn co website have your correct address?

    • Just checked YES, it didn't give the postcode number, but it knew I've got HFC

Got it. I cut and paste an old invoice into the search bar, and somehow it's forced it. I manually typed it previously and netted no result.
Their search results came up " UNIT XX, XXX STREET, SUBURB STATE XXXX"
I pasted in "14/XX address" and it worked, but typing it in didn't.
    Thanks for the ideas

For anyone else that ever stumbles upon this thread, here’s another thing you can do (have just signed up with Superloop and had the same exact address dilemma):

    1. Go here and type in your address
    2. This will return a “location ID”
    3. Paste this location ID into the Superloop/Exetel address checker.

This was how I forced Superloop to find my unit recently.
