There was a promo here from Digital Surge crypto platform. I want to send bitcoin to another address but needs the verification. I've continually been having trouble verifying and wondering if you guys have the same problem. Contacting them just leads to them telling me to try again.

Have been with DS - long before the FTX hack (that on it's own almost destroyed Digital Surge) - only just did DS pull through.
Been many years since had to verify a/c … But IMO it wasn't that hard … Think had to take photo of driver's licence with my face in same shot/take (and that was like 4-6 years ago).
Sooo … OP - what is the problem ???
Sign saying Digital Surge with current date. Keeps coming up as invalid.

It seems, at least in the example above, they were much quicker to help after the bad review. If you've contacted their support and they're not being helpful, maybe you should do the same.
