Linkt or Etoll

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to decide between signing up with e-Toll or Linkt for toll payments, and I’m hoping to get some advice from people who’ve used either (or both).

If you’ve had experience with them, I’d love to hear:
• Which one do you prefer and why?
• Have you had any issues with billing, overcharging, or customer service?
• Is one easier to manage through the app or website?
• Any hidden fees or things to look out for?

I mostly drive around Sydney but occasionally take trips interstate, so I’m also wondering which one is more convenient for multi-state travel.

Thanks in advance for your help!

E-Toll is cheaper than the others and works fine. /end

    • CC fees and tag deposits?

    • Does toll cap work the sams with both?

  • For NSW, yes, e-toll.

  • E-Toll has no ongoing account fees

  • I'm with Linkt. It works fine for me, I go through the toll, the tag beeps. I've had no overcharging or issues with billing. I haven't tried e-toll, so I can't really compare.

  • I am with LinktGo as a casual user. Just returned from Vic and NSW travelling on toll roads and receive invoice 7 days later. A 95c admin charge is added to each toll. Find it simple for casual use.No issue with billings or payments. Most toll roads are linked on this

  • been etoll for like 20 years
