What’s the current meta for geo pricing on Steam? Used to have a Russian account back in the day, changed to the aus account when regional gift cards got introduced, and my understanding is Steam have now made it quite a pain to change stores.

You'll need a local phone number and a payment method from the country your Steam account is set to. I.e. it is not easy to get regional pricing if you don't have connections to another country
