Inkbird ISV-200W is a popular Sous Vide model on here, usually on sale for $69. The ISV-101W is a newer model of the brand and they got rid of the plastic bit at the bottom on the 200W that users complained about it being easily broken. Reviews also suggests that the ISV-101W has a better ability to regulate temperature. Although one down side for the ISV-101W I have seen is it has a buzzing noise unlike the ISV-100W and ISV-200W.
Inkbird eBay store also is selling the even newer model ISV-300W, which has IPX7 rating while the previous three models do not have. Reviews said that this model is quieter than the ISV-101W. Using the same code the model comes down to $85.
