First deal post for a long time lurker.

Found this when I am looking for cat litter and don't forget to buy from TopCashback for their highest cashback guarantee.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

Services such as grooming, DIY wash, puppy school, adoption, ID tags, daycare, boarding.
Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
Fraudulent transactions.
Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

  OP is saying that you can contact Topcashback and they will match and better the Cashrewards deal (this deal). You can also double dip between both providers by doing this as well. Cashrewards it's $20 cap per account.

Far out, my dog's food is $50 more at Petstock than at other stockists.
