Seconded. Great point to keep in mind. Other then that i have found the multi tool extremely useful. Moreso then i initially thought when purchasing it.

I wish they had that in the DCS356 kit that I bought. It would be quite useful. But for $40 it's too expensive. Maybe it's something we can DIY?

I've been using it for a couple of weeks to help remove grout. Surprisingly I prefer my Ozito multi tool which has made me realise speed dial is an important feature. I got this kit mainly because its got a dust extraction adaptor that directly connects to dewalt's dust extractor, but the adaptor triggers alarms even when I'm not doing anything (probably because it's small and limits airflow), so the adaptor doesn't really work.

However, I have this model and would strongly recommend avoiding in favour of the model with the selectable speed switch. Trigger control is poorly implemented and may do your head in if you value control. Quite uncomfortable to use for sustained periods due to severe vibration.
