No SD card expansion on the A36 as well as less storage.
And less ram, but newer Android OS and one year longer OS update.
Yeah definitely less ram on the A36. But to get rid of the SD card expansion on the A36 and A56 is a travesty on Samsungs behalf.
Damn, this would have been the perfect phone to buy as a gift for my dad. I.e. I am no longer in the game of latest mid range phone specs and anything with a snapdragon will likely be fast enough for him and good stand by battery.

There are settings that need to be changed to make it better. Change the settings of gcam mod to get better photo quality such as enable HDR+ Enhanced, enable auto night sight, rich colour in photos, Ultra HDR, camera photo resolution as RAW format resolution, etc.
It's fine for most things/people - I have one. It's a great phone for the money and the earbuds were swiftly nicked by my Wife who loves them - they paired with here Moto g82 in seconds but will work with other phones too.
It has been cheaper though, I paid $259 from mobilciti a month or so back and others a little less than that - this was using an eBayplus code though.
