  Don't know about a 100cm (1metre) cheese pull …

  But I generally add extra cheese when get home + warm up alittle. i go for the 4 cheese mix.

  Mozzarella == good for cheese pull +++ won't break bank.

  there are other (more expensive options) - eg. provolone … But again, commercial options - they usually use a mix of different cheeses … To achieve this … Ultra "cheese pull".
