I used awhile back the lower end Fujinon XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS that came with a XE-2 and it set such a high bar both in build and image quality.
The 16-50mm is everything above and better.
Is it worth upgrading from my XT-4? Haven't used it much TBH, no time these days.
Whats the point in upgrading if your don't have time to use it?

@laudalashun: I can relate on many levels. I am upgrading from an xt4 too. It was mainly the 16-50 lens that sold me, I really want that. The plus side is after I sell my xt4 the upgrade to the xt5 will be roughly the cost of the lens brand new which I was begrudgingly going to buy anyway. So I’m telling myself the camera upgrade is basically free lol.

This is so long and overdue; I've had my X-H2 for ~$2000 since 2022-Nov through an Ozbargain post, and nearly three years later the X-T5 is still more expensive than the X-H2 despite lower end hardware.
I agree. Digidirect eBay has official Fujifilm refurbished x-h2 with the 16-80 for $2400 after eBay plus discount. even less if one waits for a better discount code
but at this price point I would go full frame. Z5ii or R8 for example..

The Chinese hope around Fuji's still that strong such that used prices on old hardware aren't coming down (at least that was the apparent issue a couple years ago).
