Browsing TGGC for Belkin powerboards and saw this is available - possibly a long running price?

being a DC motor does this mean it has an rectifier in it? Be great for a campervan/motorhome but I am unsure how it would work with a 12V DC system assuming its 240V AC converted to DC before the motor
