    I never felt their shampoo actually cleaned very well…head still comes out a bit oily and gross.

      Maybe bc it doesn't suck your hair's natural oils dry. Or maybe you've been using shampoos that dry yours scalp long enough that your body is reacting overproducing oils to defend itself from the chemical attack. Same happens with soap and face.
