      They'll add it to an existing account, I've done it with my NBN and mobile as I've gone up tiers. Just make sure you're in diamond tier for this one.

    I'm looking at this now on my Commbank Yello and it's showing $4 discount per month :/

    I clicked through from this Link on ozbargain and then ticked the box to say I'm a commbank customer.

    However I don't see any matching offers in my Commbank Yello "Plus" in the Commbank app

        You would get moved up/down to the tier you're eligible for:

        1. If you are receiving a discount under this offer for a particular CommBank Yello tier, and during the Discount Period you change to another CommBank Yello tier (i.e. because you become eligible for a higher tier or cease to be eligible for your current tier), we may change the discount value for your mobile plan to the amount available to you under the new CommBank Yello tier for which you are eligible.

          Has anyone actually been moved up a tier? I have More Mobile at the $4 Yello discount, but have been Yello Plus for 2 months. No new discount code in the Yello section in the Commbank App, and the discount from More hasn't increased. I contacted More who said to get a new code from the Commbank App. I contacted Commbank who said if there's no new code, there isn't one available. :(
          I guess given they say "we may" they don't have to?

      I'm getting the 4G 12GB plan for $6 a month. Lets you databank the data as well. If I know im going to need to use a lot of data I just get a month of Lebara or whoever is cheap at Coles/Woolies that week. Only had to do that twice and i'm 3/4 of the way thru my year.

      If it's still the same, just on application. Earlier this year (where it was still Homeowner tier), I lost a couple of months status, and my discount remained the same as it's locked for 1 year (old scheme was $20/mth for 12 months). I'm actually still in the old scheme, which is slightly better, so haven't tried this one
