I'm currently on the lookout for some half decent 18650 batteries and a good Australian-type charger to go with it. Purpose is for a biking light which only takes 1x 18650 cell.
Unfortunately eBay is filled full of fake "Ultrafire" batteries, and apparently I shouldn't use a low quality charger since it can cause the lithium cells to overcharge and explode.

Bend the prongs or get an adapter and your good to go.
seems like its a standard, good entry level charger popular with the guys who vape.
You will need to pull the batteries when its charged, but you should probably do that with any battery/charger of this type
Problem with DX is you dont know what is real or fake. Also the less popular Items sit on the shelf for a long time.

Just make sure they fit and get protected for safety.
I have a Blue Trustfire 18650 from DX that has held up really well in a P60 Ultrafire host.

If you don't mind waiting, then DX can have some good deals. If you buy from their 'Australian' shop then it comes quicker for a premium to cover the faster postage. Just read the reviews for the kit first - they do sell genuine stuff as well as knock-offs. Oh, if they fit your torch get protected cells. Slightly longer but way less likely to explode!
