Thanks for sharing. I nearly bought something. My wife just showed me our cupboard, which contains 10+ new board games that I had totally forgotten about. All are original, sealed.

    • Your wife would probably be glad that Amazon AU will only ship one of the board games in this deal to you!

I just looked at my shelf of 50+ unopened board games and… decided to buy Isle of Cats anyway! The $10 discount on $50+ spend (so I paid $44.36) was the clincher.

The reason I haven't posted it as a deal is because I have no idea if everyone gets the $10 discount. That's why I have linked it here in my comment instead. Hopefully others get the discount too.

BGG link - the game has a rating of 7.6: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/281259/the-isle-of-cats

Only 10+? So she was willing showing you your pile of shame had room to increase?

  • Thanks OP these look interesting!

Highly recommend sky team. Bought it at $50, no regrets.

  • Cascadia is my most played game this year and I have a pretty decent collection. That said, I'm not sure I would consider the $47 point to be a 'bargain'. To me, that's pretty much fair price.

$50 used to be ‘everyday low price’ for Cascadia up until April. Since then, it’s jumped to $59 as special price and $69 as everyday price.

Considering the price hike, $47 seems like a bargain. It has only been <$50 once in the past year.

Fair point and I wasn't trying to say that this is a bad post by any means.

I guess it begs the question of what each person considers to be a bargain. You've described the standard definition perfectly, but to me that's a bit dangerous because you start focusing too much on how much you're 'saving' which companies can exploit by just jacking the RP and then dropping a 'juicy sale'. Hence, why I refer to fair price as my starting point.

          Fair enough, agreed!

  • Modern art is also at a good price if anyone is interested - $36. Good price / atl as per camels.

  • I've had my eye on Canvas for a while and it's now at ATL of 26 dollars!
