    They don't seem to deliver "bulky" items to regional areas any more. I used to buy toilet paper, baby wipes, nappies, etc. all off Amazon, but can no longer order

      They probably use AP for regional deliveries, and its just not economical for them to pay $20 to ship such a large box. In metro areas, their drivers definitely don't get paid that much for such a large delivery.

      I'm in the same boat. Worst thing is I'm on the side of the road that's classified as special rural, but the OTHER side of the road is actually suburb. Guess I could get it shipped to some people I know across the road but silly that I have to.
