There is a PCI-E gen 5 slot on the board. The case will determine how big of a GPU you can put inside.

Only things I wish I had further considered were SATA ports, RGB headers and USB C front headers. Other than that it's a very good board + cpu for the price.

Has anyone tried this one out yet?
If it's half decent am tempted to grab it for an on the go gaming system

Watched a video a couple months ago in youtube that benchmarked it against MF BD795i SE. For $280 more you'll get wifi 6e, bt 5.3, PCIE Gen 5 m.2, better efficiency (much less power consumption and better thermals). In gaming, 1080p had within or less than 10% improvement, 1440p had little to no improvement, and it is within the same performance in 4k as the cpu isn't the limiting factor anymore.

Bit of a stretch OP. When they bang in an SSD and some RAM sticks and knock a couple of hundred off, we'll see about getting it up there with the best.

    • whats the alternative?

      • Itx and zen 4 from ali. Won't overheat and the support will be just as good.

Or you can get a whole machine from techfast if you want with GPU.
