I purchased the 5-Year Gold Service Extras for $199. According to their website, they’ll send out 4 x $20 credits each year for five years, with no minimum spend required.
That adds up to $400 - more than double what I paid.
And since the $20 credits don’t have a spending threshold, it seems like a really good deal.
Do they specify the exact dates when the $20 credits are issued? So I do not miss out the 90 days credit expiry.
Also, I'm curious—how does the company make money from this offer?
I already set up The Good Guys digital wallet about four years ago.
Do I need to take any action this time, or will TGG automatically recognize my phone number from the purchase and apply the credits?
banking on you not using it
also not giving it out due to their fine print
they got sued by the ACCC and lost
