Masterfood Bulk Spices: Garlic & Herb 600g $8.99, Onion Powder 480g $10.99, Italian Herbs 105g $4.99 & More In-Store @ Costco

As we all know, buying those small 30-50g glass containers from Colesworth and Aldi are not very cost effective.

On Monday, I noticed that Costco had their larger tubs reduced.
Here are a few examples:-

  • Portuguese Style Chicken 490g - $9.99
  • Italian Herb 105g - $4.99 (Woolworths 10g = $3.50)
  • Garlic & Herb Seasoning 600g - $8.99 (Woolworths 10g = $3.50)
  • Onion Powder 480g - $10.99 (Woolworths 10g = $3.50, or 2 for $6)
  • Paprika xxg - $9.99? (Woolworths 10g = $3.50, or 2 for $6)
Please note there is a Paprika shortage

I know there were more, but I must have not taken that extra pic. Sorry.

Turmeric 140g is $6.79 (vs (Woolworths 10g = $3.50, or 2 for $6)). Hoyts Turmeric 140g from WW is $5.50.

Otherwise, your local Indian/Asian grocer is probably just as cheap, if not cheaper.

Yes can confirm, Marsden Park had them reduced when I was there yesterday.

  • Expiry dates?

    • I'll go back and check them all tomorrow. ;)

Should be fine. It's usually BBE, and share it with family and friends.

for spices, at Woolworth check the Indian section, they have larger bags

Admittedly, I don't shop at colesworth in our area. They are usually in shopping centres, whereas most Aldi stores + Costco have dedicated parking. When it comes to Indian/Asian, I prefer supporting our independants.

Also, that maybe in Vic only?
