Was looking for some battery clippers to cut my kids hair. These look like my kinda thing, simple and very few attachments. And discounted. Entering deals from phone kinda sucks!

Good choice. Bought this same one during covid to cut the kids hair. Worked a treat

    • Does this charge via usb c? Or with an adaptor and some protrietary cable?

        I believe it's a figure-8 power cable

Yup latter, a mini fig 8.

Owned one previously, its biggest flaw is that the clip is made of plastic and snaps. single point failure and very flimsy.

    • +1

Exactly happened to mine, brittle plastic snaps off.

    • get replacement from alix for cheap.

      • Good to know I can Ali x a fix. Wouldn't have thought of that. Thanks.

    • Same. Very disappointing.

I agree it does seem flimsy, but this has worked well for me and my kids. Bought during covid, and thanks to a receeding hairline and middle age, have used this ever since, which is almost 5 years

Adjustability and battery life is good given the price

    • usb c charging?

        No

        figure-8 power cable

  • This thing is awesome.. purchased for around $39 during Covid and it still works as new.

    • Sane here.

I've had this for about 4 years. Still going strong highly recommend. It's awesome, if it died tomorrow I'd buy the same one. Still works like new.

  • If you don't have prime it's $49 at JB, $39 if you have a perks $10

  • I'm surprised by the good reviews this gets. I bought them few years back and compared to previous Breville corded clippers, I find they suck at cutting and you need to do alot more passes to get a clean hair cut. Even then it's not as clean a cut as the Brevilles do. About the only thing they had going for them is being able to use them in the shower and being somewhat cheap. They do work good enough as a beard trimmer though.
